    CAPTURED!!!!

NAMPA - A suspect in the Tuesday armed robbery of the Valley Community Credit Union in Nampa was taken into custody after a short foot pursuit on Medford, Ore.

The Nampa Police Department announced that Christopher Darr was arrested on a warrant about 1 p.m. No one was injured during the arrest, which was the result of cooperation between Nampa officers and Oregon law enforcement since the arrest of alleged accomplice Wendi A. Wood.

Wood was arrested in Lake View, Ore., on Thursday.

Detectives from Nampa are currently in Southwest Oregon and will continue to work the investigation both in Oregon and Idaho.

Police say a man robbed the credit union on McClure Lane at gunpoint about 1:40 p.m. Tuesday. He fled the scene on foot with an undisclosed amount of cash.
